When you're travelling with parents, you don't plan a trip the same way you do with friends. We needed a comfortable vehicle, enough luggage space and, most importantly, a driver who wouldn't rush. There We booked an Olyezy cab for our family trip covering Mysore and Coorg. Driver was patient throughout the journey and gave us enough time whenever we wanted to stop. That made a bigger difference than we expected. We didn't have to keep searching for taxis at every destination either. The same vehicle stayed with us throughout the trip, so our parents could travel comfortably without repeatedly getting in and out of different cars. Sometimes the best travel service is the one you don't have to think about during the holiday. This was one of those experiences.

We had around 16 people travelling for a company outing and wanted everyone to stay together. We chose an Urbania rather than arranging multiple cars, mainly because we didn't want the group getting separated on the highway.
The vehicle was spacious and comfortable, and there was enough room for everyone's luggage. The pickup was organised properly and Shankar Sir was at the location on time. He also coordinated well with our group when we had scheduled breaks.
From an organiser's point of view, the biggest advantage was simply having one vehicle and one driver to coordinate with. We didn't have to keep calling different drivers to find out where they were.
Keerthi also helped us with the booking arrangements before the trip. Overall, it made the transportation part of our team outing much easier to manage.

We initially thought of taking our own car to Coorg, but after the trip I'm actually glad we didn't. We could both sit back and enjoy the journey instead of one person spending half the holiday driving.
The cab was comfortable, the pickup was on time and Chandhan Bhai drove very patiently through the hill sections. We stopped for coffee, viewpoints and a few unplanned photo breaks without feeling rushed.
What I liked about Olyezy was that the cab didn't feel like just transportation from Bangalore to Coorg. It became part of the holiday. We could enjoy the road, talk, listen to music and actually arrive at the destination relaxed.
If you're planning a couple road trip from Bangalore, this is definitely something worth considering.
